Pierre Beaudoin

Pierre Beaudoin is a mineral processing professional with 40 years of international operating and project development experience. Most recently, Mr. Beaudoin served as Chief Operating Officer of SilverCrest Metals Inc., where he led the technical studies, construction and ramp-up of the Las Chispas Mine in Mexico. The project was delivered ahead of schedule and below budget during the pandemic, followed by a rapid ramp-up to commercial production.

Prior to SilverCrest, Mr. Beaudoin served as Senior Vice President, Capital Projects and subsequently Chief Operating Officer of Detour Gold Corporation, where he was involved in the construction and operation of the Detour Lake Mine in Ontario. He also held capital projects and management roles with Barrick Gold Corporation.

Mr. Beaudoin currently serves as Chairman of Radisson Mining Resources Inc. and a Director of Coeur Mining Inc.
