Jay Henry

Jay Henry has been with Cadillac Mines since September 2025, previously serving as Director, People and Public Affairs. He leads the Company’s people strategy and external stakeholder engagement, supporting Cadillac Mines’ commitment to responsible mineral exploration and strong community partnerships.

Prior to joining Cadillac Mines, Mr. Henry spent nearly a decade with Alamos Gold Inc., most recently as Director, Human Resources, where he led corporate HR functions, talent management and labour relations. He previously served as HR Manager at Alamos Gold’s Island Gold Mine in Dubreuilville, Ontario, supporting workforce development and employee engagement during a period of operational expansion. Earlier in his career, Mr. Henry held HR leadership roles with the Aditya Birla Group at AV Terrace Bay and Qulliq Energy Corporation in Nunavut.
